Climate Emotions Education Program-2024

From February to May 2024, Break The Divide launched the first national cohort of the Climate Emotions Connection Program, engaging high school students from across Canada in a transformative journey that centered emotional literacy and identity within climate conversations.

Developed in response to the growing mental health impacts of the climate crisis on youth, the program created space for participants to connect, reflect, and build resilience through facilitated dialogue circles, creative activities, and peer connection.
